1. Our Commitment to Quality

At JayClothing.lk, we are committed to providing high-quality intimate wear and delivering great value to our customers. However, due to the personal nature of our products, certain return and exchange limitations apply for hygiene and safety reasons.


2. Non-Returnable Items

All intimate wear products are sold “as is” and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in specific cases of verified defects. The following items are strictly non-returnable:

  • Panties

  • Briefs

  • Thongs

  • Cheeky Panties

This policy ensures hygiene standards are upheld for all customers.


3. Eligible for Exchange

Only sports bras are eligible for exchange, subject to the following conditions:

  • Item must be in original, unworn condition

  • All tags must be intact

  • No signs of wear, damage, odor, or stains

Note: Products purchased during promotional or sale periods are not eligible for exchange.


4. Exchange Process

If you believe your item is eligible for exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Notify Us:
    Contact us via email at [email protected] within 2 days of receiving your order.

  2. Return Pickup:
    We will coordinate a return pickup at your convenience.

  3. Store Credit:
    Once the return is verified and accepted, you will receive a store credit code equal to the original purchase value.

    Direct product replacements or exchanges are not offered.


5. Manufacturer Faults

Refunds or exchanges may be considered in the case of:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Damaged or compromised packaging

  • Errors caused during production

All claims will be reviewed by our quality team and accepted at the sole discretion of JayClothing.lk.


6. Return Conditions

All returned items must:

  • Be in original packaging

  • Have tags intact

  • Be unused, unwashed, and free of any damage or wear

Returned products that do not meet these criteria will be rejected.


7. Shipping & Damages

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
If an item is damaged during transit, you must return the product and the packaging for claim processing.
